Make groups collapsible to be able to open multiple groups at once

Description

Currently you can only show the tabs of one single group. It would be useful, if groups were shown like collapsible tabs, so you can have multiple open at the same time. Basically similarly like tree style tabs, but only 1 level deep and the top one is no tab, but rather a group.
