Option to control drag n drop scroll speed at top/bottom of sidebar

Since scrolling while dragging is impossible according to this comment, this would be an ideal alternative - if we could control the speed of the drag scrolling at top/bottom of sidebar I would slow it down so it's more controllable.

That might not be easy to implement, but I'll leave this feature request open because I don't like the default Firefox scrolling while dragging too (specifically the need to constantly moving cursor to trigger auto-scrolling).
