Option to use URL and title of the active tab as initial values in "Create bookmark" popup

Description

I have a lot of bookmarks, and a lot of bookmark folders. It would be very useful to be able to add bookmarks directly into the bookmarks panel.

The existing "create bookmark" menu option initially looked like what I want, but the title and url fields are blank by default, making it not a viable workflow at present. Adjusting it to default to the current page title and url could be a good solution.
