Snapshots only work correctly if sidebar is open
Steps to reproduce
- Open Firefox in new profile
- Install Sidebery
- Create two panels
- Go to settings and create a snapshot while the sidebar is closed.
Expected behavior
The snapshots should work regardless of if the sidebar is open or closed.
Actual behavior
The snapshots only work correctly if the sidebar is open.
While closed it shows Window 1 (no of tabs) and nothing else.
Restoring from this snapshot puts all the tabs from all the panels in the temp panel.

Additional Info
Since the majority of my work is done while the sidebar is closed, this effectively makes the auto snapshot function useless.
Thank you so much for this bug report! Finally I know why I keep losing my tabs.
Yeah I bump this bug because it's very, very, very frustrating to not have a backup
(That and because I keep closing the windows in the wrong sequence, the main window must be closed last, because that's the one being opened again when restarting firefox)
