Renamed Tab is showing OLD title when hovering over it (same for PINNED tabs) + Copy Title copies the OLD title

Steps to reproduce

• Rename a tab, then hover over it with the mouse. You will see the ORIGINAL title, not the new title
• PIN the renamed tab, then hover over the pinned tab, will show the ORIGINAL title, not the new title
• Right-click the renamed tab, then select COPY TITLE, will copy the ORIGINAL title, not the new title

I use these options quite a lot (thank you VERY MUCH for providing them!!), so a fix would e GREATLY appreciated :)

Expected behavior

In all the above cases, I expect to see/copy the NEW title, not the original one.

Actual behavior

In all the above cases, the ORIGINAL title is shown / copied.

I'll mark this as a bug, but probably, add options to config this behavior.
