Pinning a tab in the second panel causes hidden tabs in the first panel to show
Steps to reproduce
- Open Firefox in new profile
- Install Sidebery
- Go to sidebery settings > tabs > Native (horizontal) tabs, and set "Hide native tabs of inactive panels" to on.
- Create a second panel, and switch to it. Create a new tab in the second panel (Sidebery will hide tabs of the first panel), and pin it.
Expected behavior
The tab should get pinned, and nothing else should happen.
Actual behavior
The tabs in the first panel show up in the firefox toolbar i.e. do not remain hidden.
