Thanks @MajorBarnulf [Tartube](https://github.com/axcore/tartube) is much mature now I use it on daily bases it's full of features for both newbies and internet geeks.

It seems this bug related to youtube-dl bug under Windows as mentioned in [this issue](https://github.com/rg3/youtube-dl/issues/5094)
