vector-effect style option?

Is there a way to add the vector-effect style option to generated SVG images? I need to add vector-effect=non-scaling-stroke to all the paths in the SVG map generated by mapshaper, but so far the only way I have found to do this is to edit the SVG after the fact.

Sorry for the late response... this would be a good feature to have, let me think about how to add it.
