Feature request: Simplify to number of vertices

Would love to simplify to a number of vertices!

Reason for request: I have many polylines of different sizes. When zooming to a particular object so that it fits on screen I want it to look good enough, therefore I want each object to have a max number of points of 100.

Alternatively, add a feature-level property: nVertices. Then you can reach same goal using variable simplification.
