Error when using relative scoped cell references in shared formulas

2.5.98.98 SharedParsedFormula [...] MUST not contain PtgRef3d, PtgArea3d

Relative scoped references in a table column formula make it unshareable, so distinct formulas must be generated for each row, with incremented references.
