Hex file corrupted STM32F7X2

I tried to flash this to my Succex F7 TwinG fc with the STM32F7X2 processor but I get the message that the hex file is corrupted when try to load the local firmware. Its on both Betaflight 4.2.8 and 4.3.0. I would Appreciate if this would be fixed as I have used this for my other drone, but now I have bought a iFlight Titan DC5 that I would very much like to put this on.

That is the prosedure I have followed. I have flashed one of my quads, with a T-motor F4 F55A PRO successfully. But I get an "error hexfile corrupted" message when I try to flash the iFlight Titan DC5.
