4.2.8_STM32405 - doesn't seem to be working

Thanks for the Mod! Its working fine on my F7 board but doesn't seem to show up on my F4 Board. Tmotor F4 - Craft Name disappears on power cycle. I Have tried with the usb connected and disconnected no difference. Craft name will initially appear and and disappear on power cycles, but never shows up on the goggle screen.
