Fixed this connector to work with API v13

Updated a number of things to get this working for the new FB API. Thanks to @imermetal for the details on scopes, also neeeded to add another one.

The 'lifetime' time period appears to be deprecated, have changed it over to 'maximum'

How make to get de oauth/authorize for make the connector Powerbi work??

If you compile this extension with visual studio and add it to power bi, it should prompt you for oauth
