RangeLookup: exclusion ranges

I think we should provide something like exclusion ranges in order to allow us to specify ranges (that might overlap with the look up table) which should be ignore by the operation and mapped to the default value or left untouched.

This might be important in cases like raster classification where from the outside we get a ColorMap to apply and the raster itself has no data value that fall right inside the ColorMap definition range.
