Not sure what's happening on my end but when I open to play those links ninjahd & Neohd comes up with Kodi error. Tried for different English movies, I am using Librelec 11.0.1 on Raspberry pi. I really appreciate all your efforts.

Install this plugin.video.bolly2tolly-0.2.zip Restart KODI, and change playing to PROXY and try.
