just noticed I missed this issue. to the original question, the answer is yes, but it's not very easy to integrate such a big project into another app.

Create a Node.Js like tool, that actually helps u to create apps with pieces of JSC and V8. The main goal is literally nothing. The peoples will only download and create another tools. It's like Bun + Node.
