Modify Button Labels for Improved Navigation: Separate Comments and Issues Functions

When issues button is clicked, it shows the comments for the project. Instead we can rename it to "Comments" and additionally add "Issues" button in navigation bar which redirects to issues in GitHub, this will be easy to use without any confusion. Screenshot (37)
