Create customizable self-contained objects.

Each object

• [ ] contains a graph
• [ ] is defined by a polygonal region (?)
• [ ] can have parameters, accessible by scripts
• [ ] parameters are saved in the knot file
• [ ] The "Selection style" will affect the internal graph style
• [ ] Treated as a single entity that can be
• [ ] Translated
• [ ] Rotated
• [ ] Scaled
• [ ] Can be converted to plain old nodes and edges
