DoubleCommand stops working on sleep/wake on Mavericks

The remapped keys no longer work when returning from sleep on OS X Mavericks. The configuration seems OK in DoubleCommand Preferences, and ActiveSettings shows the correct value, but the keys no longer work.

Workarounds include restarting the computer or reinstalling DoubleCommand.

I really hope this gets fixed, it is very frustrating.

At the moment, the quickest way to get it running again is to paste:

sudo /Library/StartupItems/DoubleCommand/DoubleCommand start

into the Terminal app.

I'm using El Capitain 10.11.4 and each time i start my laptop i have to reinstall in order to work. The pref panel is still there, but when i click on it i get: DoubleCommand seems not to be running at the moment.

Will try to execute @mbaltaks command at login. Maybe this would work.
