Missing shortcuts
Having processed a sizeable number of pdf with the original Briss, this version is missing the keyboard shortcuts. ('A' for selecting all, and 'S' to input the size come to mind).
Hey, @naspert. These and other shortcuts were removed by https://github.com/mbaeuerle/Briss-2.0/commit/2126f699957f6a9360ad6983f1725faa0e02c9b2 more than seven years ago.
Can you expand on your use case for those two shortcuts?
Typical use case: I need to process oversized scanned music for an orchestra. 20+ files, scanned in A3 (because orchestra music is often printed on paper slightly larger than A4) needing to be shrunk to A4. For each file:
- 'A' selects both rectangles
- 'S' enter the size (typically 220x154), will synchronize the sizes of both rectangles on odd / even pages
- adjust the position of both rectangles to accomodate for scanning and you are done for this file
This is the fastest and most convenient way. And the keyboard shortcuts save you a lot of time. I use the sourceforge version for this purpose.
