Homebrew install is corrupt
I installed panwriter to macOS 15.3.1 using Homebrew. The app installs, but when I open I get a dialog that says the application is corrupt and wont't run.
I have deleted and forced download several times

I think this might be a different issue than the security one. I remember those, and the language they used was something about "potentially containing malicious code" or "this couldn't be checked for security concerns," blah blah blah. In those cases, I could go to System Settings>Privacy and Security and manually authorize the program to open. This message about the application being "damaged" is one that I've never come across before. Also, I tried to do this through the .dmg file (Silicon) on website, instead of Homebrew as the screenshot of OP appears to have done.
yep, also can't install the application at all. unrelated to needing to allow in Privacy and Security which I'm familiar with.
Now the old certificate is expired, that's why the error message changed. I tried to enroll in the Apple developer program but I run into an error just saying "enrollment could not be completed at this time", such a pain...
