Also, when the tool is not selected it has some bleeding. And for some reason it is replaced with the yellow highlighter (but back to black pen when clicking on it)

Hi, I can not replicate this bug.

Could you provide a bit more information on the setup ? Is it rm1 or 2? Is it on your device or on screenshare only ? Which settings are on ? (decrease toolbar, quicktools as header, show brush icon...)

It is on an rM 2. It is on my device. The pen placed on top left is wrong from what is actually there. For example, ballpoint pen might show up as yellow highlighter. Clicking on it opens Toolbar and does not select the tool. I have tried both toolbar decreased width and normal. Same thing happens. QuickTools as header also poses the same problem.
