Stylus Configuration

I recently applied v0.0.9 and during install chose to install the Stylus Config, then realized this is for a 3rd party stylus. So then I uninstalled the hack and re-installed WITHOUT choosing to install the Stylus Config, but the options are still there. Is this there by design or is there a way to remove it so the options don't even show?
