Feature Req: Adjustable auto sleep timer
I would like to see more options for the auto sleep time besides 20 minutes. For instance, I want mine to auto sleep after 60 minutes.

Inside /home/root/.config/remarkable/xochitl.conf you can adjust the following:
IdleSuspendDelaySuspendPowerOffDelayIdleToSuspendDelay
Thanks, Nathaniel!

Do those parameters still work? I thought they were gone in 3.x

They do appear to be missing in 3.x, so they may not work anymore.
When I checked them out, one parameter appeared if the auto-sleep was on on 3.x. I set it to an hour & it appears to work. Can't remember which one it was.
What I would like to see is a small slider on the battery settings tab with maybe four positions: 0, 15, 30 & 60.

I would love a similar slider for #76
IdleSuspendDelay was the parameter I found in xochitl.conf
Thanks, LKW

Changing value of IdleSuspendDelay didn’t work when first updated to v3.0. Haven’t tried since then.
It doesn't stick. The value resets when you toggle auto-sleep on/off. ☹️

It's probably changing it to 0 or removing it when you turn it off.
I just tried changing IdleSuspendDelay, doesn’t work on 3.9.3
It looks like github didn't like the attached image.
Still no. You'll likely need to open up the site instead of email
IdleSuspendDelay was the parameter I found in xochitl.conf Thanks, LKW
Strange, I don't have it. Only sleep-related parameter is LightSleepEnabled=true.
Nice :) However the zero minutes/hours setting isn't logcical with the text "puts to sleep after (zero) minutes of inactivity" - would go to sleep immediately ;-) Alternative: on/off switch and options appear on on.
I should have been clearer in my description, but I understand what you mean. At 0 minutes/hours, the x would appear to show that it was off & as you moved it to one of the other positions, the slider would change to a check & the area around the slider would darken. There wouldn't be 4 buttons, just 4 positions for the slider.
Thanks, LKW

I see :) But a zero timer value still doesn't mean "off" ;) If you have a slider for say a fan, with 0, 1, 2, 3 for speed, then zero is off (zero speed, or because the values actually mean arbitrary levels, e.g. "nothing", "bit", "more!" and "faaast" ;-). Why not just put "off" instead of "0"? It does indeed look more like four buttons than a slider. Maybe add a horizontal line in the background? And in the slider metaphore the knob won't change it's appearance.
This issue is a good idea, I'll have a look of it is possible
And I would rather have a text input than a slider 😍
