Bug: Links created by the plugin do not show up in metadata

Describe the bug

Links created by this plugin do not show up in metadata and this can't be seen as backlinks or in the graph.

Steps to reproduce

Create a comment or title link.

```python title:[[file]]
print("foo")
```

Expected behaviour

Should show up in backlinks

Current behaviour

Doesn't show up in backlinks.

Additional context

Upstream issue. Currently no way to manually create a link and have it appear in backlinks in Obsidian.
