Bug: Reading mode does not automatically update after codeblock parameters are changed

Describe the bug

Instant reading mode updating when parameters are changed

Steps to reproduce

Change codeblock parameters and you need to close and open the note or change something else for the updated parameters to render

Expected behaviour

Parameters should update instantly.

Current behaviour

Parameters need a re-render to update.

Environment

• Plugin Version: 1.0.0
• Obsidian Version: 1.3.5
• Platform: Desktop
• OS: macOS

This is an upstream bug. Requires Obsidian to parse postMarkdown changes following the codeblock language (see this issue and this issue).
