[Feature Request] Shell completion for Powershell

Hi, first I want to thank you for making such an awesome library!

So I come from this issue #15. You mentioned that you basically used bash and zsh, which I did too. Since it's 2023 and PowerShell is .. gradually becoming a thing, do you think it's possible to add shell completion support for it? It'd greatly benefit for building cross-platform console application since net6 and above can build cross-platform binaries.
