Camera not found with only one camera on notebook

I have only one camera buitin on my notebook. But this app not working

run: codesign --force --deep --sign - /Applications/Mini\ Video\ Me.app

Make sure you have given permission to use the webcam.

m1 working here after I saw the popup requesting permission.
