Using ' - [ideName]' does not append the IDE Name

I have settings which add the IDE Name at the end.

However, none of these append the " - Microsoft Visual Studio" text to the title bar.

Ways I've found to make this work:

• change '-' to '--'
• change '-' to '-' (remove surrounding spaces)
• change '-' to '- ' (remove leading space)
• change '-' to ' -' (remove trailing space)

I have this issue with both the VS 2019 and VS 2022 extension.

@deanis74 Its a little ambiguous unless to dive this deep into it. I noticed same thing and your issue bringing it up clarified what was going on. Thanks for that.
