Show timestamp when hovering

YouTube when you hover along the track it shows the timestamp. I don't necessarily need the preview image but just being able to see the timestamp makes a big difference and is absent on plyr

also the play button shouldn't show on desktop when a video is paused. makes taking a screenshot of the video impossible for one, and also just to pause a video and look at things you don't want a big play button there
