Add CLI script for adding uploads

This would be a cool feature, if there was a kind of script for uploading content, it would have to reuse lots of the current uploading functionality to make sure videos were converted properly etc but otherwise would be pretty simple

Or even adding http or some kind of addresses so nodetube fetches that remote file. Or even a list of files.
