Allow an "Empty" entry/action on filters

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In the event the filter returns no entities it hides the card automatically which can cause a reshuffle of other lovelace tiles and generally messes with the style on my dashboard

Describe the solution you'd like A "default" entry for the filter which lets you give a custom entity/template etc to let you just have a note that says "No Low Batteries Found" or similar
