Unicode support for svg?

Please define your problem or issue as clear as possible.

Vivus version: I am current working on the online demo https://maxwellito.github.io/vivus-instant/ which should be the newest version I think

Browser: macos, newest firefox or chrome

Steps to reproduce it:

1. go to https://maxwellito.github.io/vivus-instant/
2. drop the svg attached
3. click download button

open the generated svg file with text editor, you may find the title block is totally messed up. what's worse,   is somehow inserted into the title, and as a result, that svg is broken
