Bug and error

Hi, when i scroll in local playlist and open queue the application crush. this is the log:

instead, the bug is always on local playlists. when i try to add a song to the playlist i have the possibility to do it multiple times consecutively, this results in the same song being duplicated in the playlist. Then when you delete the duplicate song and try to add it again it still shows up even though it isn't.

My suggest to update while adding the song.

i'm able to repro this one in 0.2.12:

also if such a song is being downloaded, looks like it stuck in "downloading" state.

Please confirm if this is still repdoducable in version 0.2.19.

in v0.2.20 works correctly, the error no longer occur.
