Songs added to online playlists are not downloaded.

Describe the bug

When a new song is added to an online playlist which is marked as downloaded, the new song is not downloaded and the download button cannot be pressed again.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make sure to have at least 1 online playlist with at least 1 song on a linked Google account.
2. Open the application.
3. Go to the online playlist.
4. Press the download button.
5. Once all the songs are downloaded.
6. Add a new song to the playlist using YouTube Music.
7. Refresh the playlist by going to another screen and reopening the playlist.
8. Notice that the new song was not downloaded and the download button cannot be pressed again.

Expected behavior

Two possible expected behaviors :

• When a new song is added to an online playlist which is marked as downloaded, the new song is automatically downloaded.

OR

• When a new song is added to an online playlist which is marked as downloaded, the download button becomes available to press to download the new song.

@maxrave-dev There seem to be some strange issues on the latest build. I was messing around in Android Studio and the download button for online playlist did not seem to work at all. I know it worked before so that is very strange.

I think that both issues could be caused by line 329 to line 337 of the playlistViewModel.

I also experienced similar problems.

Also what I experienced is that sometimes downloads just get stuck, it would be nice to have a) a stop all download activity and b) a button to remove downloads again.

I think it's supposed to be that you can click the download button again to remove downloads, though that has never seemed to work for me.
