Separate bitrate quality for download and streaming

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. A very basic but a must feature. Everyone downloads songs in a high quality (256kbps) but need to stream at lower bitrate to save data.

Describe the solution you'd like Separate options for download quality and streaming quality in settings would be good.

Describe alternatives you've considered Unnecessary but you can also add data saver features like separate quality for Mobile Data and Wi-Fi. TYSM

the download should be the maximum quality, I think it is right, so the app auto choose maximun for download
