Why am I listening to the song in the video and not the one on the album?
Hello, When I select a track, I notice that I'm not hearing the album version (streamed on YouTube Music) but the music video (or live version streamed on YouTube). The quality and duration are not always the same in both cases. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks a lot
In YTM, it's different. YTM has 2 tabs located at the top (track or video). By default, when I select a song on YTM, it is the track of the album that is played and not the video. For the moment, on SimpMusic, it is the sound of the video that is played by default instead of the track. I also noticed that the sound and volume are sometimes different when changing songs while listening to an album. The sound sources do not seem to be the same as on YTM. On YTM, I did not notice any difference in terms of sound quality where the sound and volume are the same on all the tracks of an album. In my example, I listened to the song "Invisible Touch" by Genesis and compared it on SimpMusic and on YTM. The album track is 3:28 long while the video is 4:05 long.
Yes I also have this problem...it's basically an audio version of the music video playing whenever I listen to songs that have music videos, instead of the audio version from the album track.. it's absolutely infuriating.. and this issue, along w the app shutting down when you click on certain tabs issue have only appeared recently with the new update
Yes, that's the only thing that makes me sad about the app. I hope that one day this will be fixed! :)
