Currently, factory.talos.dev redirects to CDN only for OCI images (`installer`). All other assets (`iso`/`raw`/`qcow2` images, `kernel-amd64` and `initramfs-amd64.xz`, which is needed for PXE booting) are downloaded directly from US servers...
