Rapbian lite installed but no wifi (Rpi4)

Ok, so I have installed raspbian lite on my rpi4 with berryboot the headless way, I have a wpa_supplicant.conf file int the root of the SD card, a blank ssh file and also set VNC and network/ip adress in cmdline.txt. Everyhing is fine with berryboot, I can acces to its menu with VNC over wifi. But once it is booting on Raspbian lite... nada... no more wifi... Am I missing something ?
