Not that it matters much, but I think you only really need to include:

• test-data/GeoIP2-Precision-Enterprise-Test.mmdb
• test-data/GeoIP2-Precision-Enterprise-Shield-Test.mmdb

The other database changes are likely just datestamps in the metadata.
