What does this do?

Hello, I'm fairly new to Linux and I have a Bloody V5. Will I be able to use my mouse like in Windows with this driver? (With macros, etc) and how do I install this? Sorry for these type of questions, I'm new to linux in general

It does not actually do anything else than changing the intensity if your Bloody mouse backlight.
