move edit and delete to be separate buttons within a note

Feel free to reject if you prefer them in the menu. My main goal is to make quick edits and deletions as fast as making recordings is.

Also renamed from "export markdown" to "export outline", to better match the others, and since the export feature will likely also include audio export.
