Dear maintainers,

I'll put your docker-mailman together with mailcow-dockerized (documented here). Mailcow has a script to backup and restore data. How is it about Mailman? Is it just enough to save and restore the /opt/mailman folders? Would be nice, if there will be a little paragraph about this topic in the README.md.
