There are issues with postgres, which seems to be causing the CI to fail. The fix itself looks good to me, but I can't merge it until the CI passes....
It seems like we have fixes that will allow mysql checks to use port. Closing this as not-needed. Thanks for your help with the project though :-)

The variable itself is probably just supposed to be either the address or hostname of the `mailman-web` container. I am not sure if we can set both IPv4 and IPv6...

No, that’s not correct. Core’s cron jobs are not run at all. mailman-web’s uwsgi handles the jobs specific to hyperkitty only.
