Sorry for the inconvenience, however the Shapeflow data was hosted on a lab server that recently experienced some disk corruption and unfortunately I wasn't able to obtain backup files. I'm still in the process of reaching out to some other users of this data to see if they have a backup but so far I haven't been able to locate a copy myself.
