Editor does not save file if it is opened from file manager

here is the report from serg: Добрый день! Нашел проблемку - не работает автосохранение если файл открыт из файлового менеджера, а не из программы. И не сохраняет командой Сохранить - пишет "Невозможно записать файл". Может быть стоит как-то отделять процесс, чтобы он переставал быть вкладкой файлового менеджера.

I see this error too. It seems to work fine when you open the app, then open a file. If you open it by clicking on the filename, then it will not save. It WILL let you save it to a new name, just not the old name.
