Support for Power meter (pulse counter)

I have a Z-Wave device that counts pulses from our electricity meter and reports the accumulated value (i.e. showing the same value as on the meter) - see https://www.northq.com/q-power.

I'd love to have support for that added to Home Assistant and have added the sdata and status output (it's device 377). Anything I can do to help out?
