Dynamically create yaml files for other services

Learn how to write VARS to a yaml file for configuration of other services. This is more difficult due to space formatting but might be possible to pull a file from URL and replace vars rather that try to contain everything inline.

Currently there is no install location or config files for smount so pull from URL makes most sense if replacing VARS.

Maybe spaces can be specified on write numerically?
