Fakegato port

I have started to port simont77's great Fakegato lib - but currently I am blocked as I do not find a hint how to extend a service with eve history functionality like it is done there. @maximkulkin do you think this is possible within arduino_homekit_server.cpp?

I have no idea what arduino_homekit_server.cpp is. Seems like someone's port to Arduino, but I do not know anything about it.
