Using a semicolon to separate notifiable entity id's makes it possible to use UUID/GUID strings as identifiers.

Hi @henrikj242, thanks for the contribution, it's a great idea !

However this will break existing data.

I think the semicolon separator should be a configuration to keep the default as - and not breaking existing data
